Accounts Administration
Location: Devizes (with occasional travel to other sites) Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: Competitive £22-£24K p/a DOE

Job Purpose:
This role provides accounts support to all departments and to support client transactions and the financial functions of the operational side of running the business.
Responsibility for:
- Day to day online client banking.
- All stages of conveyancing completions from checking completion packs to managing the completion transactions.
- Transaction postings to client ledgers including disbursements, costs, fees and monies in/out.
- Dealing with client credit/debit card transactions, cheques and cash.
- Maintaining client ledgers
- Assist with Month end reporting
- Entering Invoices onto the accounts system
- Support with the operational business e.g. raising payment runs
Skills and Experience Required:
Essential:
- Experience of working in a busy accounts environment and dealing with daily deadlines.
- A high level of attention to detail, data entry and typing at speed.
- To work well within a close-knit team and support all departments within the Firm.
- Good IT skills with Microsoft packages.
- To manage own workload and demonstrate ownership of same.
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience within a professional services environment
- Knowledge of accounting systems such as Sage or similar
- Experience in a book-keeping environment.
