Field Application Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment)

Provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.

Conduct equipment installation, setup, validation, and sample testing at customer sites while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and specifications.

Coordinate project activities between customers and internal teams to support project execution, deliverables, and successful implementation.

Deliver technical training, prepare application documentation, and collect customer feedback to support continuous product improvement and development.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Field Application Engineer or Technical Support Engineer in the Semiconductor/Manufacturing Industry .
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer support, equipment validation, and on-site project assignments.
