Location : Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani Work Hours : Mon-Fri (9AM-6PM) Industry : Japanese Trading (Fresh Food)

Job Descriptions

• Coordinate and manage daily requests from each shop
• Arrange orders and replenishment of ingredients, packaging materials, equipment, and other supplies
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs with relevant vendors
• Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages of necessary shop supplies
• Provide day-to-day operational support to shop staff
• Consolidate requests and issues from all shops and manage them efficiently
• Visit shops when necessary to check operations and resolve problems
• Coordinate with internal teams, shop managers, suppliers, and external service providers
• Report operational issues and progress to management
• Support other tasks related to shop and area operations

Qualifications: Age 24–32 years old Bachelor's degree Upper-intermediate level of English Hold a driver's license and be able to commute At least 2 years of experience in area management, multi-branch operations, or shop operations Experience in a similar industry, such as retail, restaurants, cafés, or food-service businesses Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with multiple shops and external vendors Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Willing to travel between shops in Bangkok when required
