KOL Specialist

What You'll Do:

• Spot and connect with amazing KOLs & influencers.
• Run full influencer campaigns from outreach to reporting.
• Keep everything on-brand, on-time, and on-point.
• Track results and optimize for performance (engagement, reach, conversions).
• Collaborate across teams to bring influencer content into our broader campaigns.
• Build and maintain a powerful creator database across tiers and niches.

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, KOL partnerships, or affiliate management (fashion/beauty/lifestyle preferred).
• A deep understanding of the creator landscape in Indonesia.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus
