Quick Fit Parts Inc., a leading supplier of heavy-duty truck cooling and A/C parts across Canada, is looking for an experienced and organized Inventory Manager to join our growing team.

*Responsibilities*

? Manage inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy

? Forecast inventory requirements and coordinate replenishment orders

? Monitor all incoming and outgoing inventory transactions

? Conduct cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits

? Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

? Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations teams

? Supervise warehouse inventory processes and staff

?Receive, document, process, and release warranty replacement products to customers

?Coordinate warranty activities with Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams

? Improve inventory control procedures and operational efficiency

? Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports

*Qualifications*

? Minimum 3 years of inventory management experience

? Experience with ERP and inventory management systems (Spire is an asset)

? Strong Excel and reporting skills

? Analytical and problem-solving abilities

? Leadership and team management experience

? High attention to detail and organizational skills
