We are looking for an experienced Workday Functional Specialist to help support and drive innovation in our global Workday platform. In this hands-on role, you will act as a Workday generalist across multiple functional areas, partnering closely with HR, Payroll and business stakeholders to ensure our Workday environment is robust, scalable and delivers an exceptional user experience.

You will play a key role in maintaining system stability while driving continuous improvement across configuration, processes and reporting. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment where Workday is a core platform supporting a global organisation.

Your future role within QRT

Provide functional support and configuration across Core HCM, Absence, Talent, Compensation, Benefits and reporting

Partner with HR, Payroll and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions

Deliver enhancements and new functionality through a structured SDLC approach, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing and deployment

Maintain high standards of data integrity, system governance and configuration quality

Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and optimise existing Workday processes and configuration

Support Workday releases and change management, ensuring new features are assessed and implemented where valuable

Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders, providing guidance on system capabilities and best practices

Collaborate within a globally distributed HR technology team, contributing to the ongoing development of our HR systems landscape

Your present skillset

Proven experience as a Workday Consultant, Functional Analyst or System Administrator

Hands-on configuration experience in at least one Workday module such as Core HCM, Absence, Talent, Compensation or Benefits

Strong understanding of Workday configuration, business objects, business process frameworks and reporting

Experience translating HR processes into scalable system solutions

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to operate independently and deliver in a fast-paced, high-change environment
