Welder/Fitter

Key Responsibilities Read and interpret engineering drawings and process specifications for fabricating high-tolerance parts

Operate welding and metal forming equipment safely and accurately

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity targets

Verify and report work output per production schedules and requirements

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow Quality Management System (QMS) standards

Qualifications Must-Have:

Experience in Fluxcore MIG welding

Ability to pass a flat 1G weld test (3G preferred)

Strong understanding of engineering drawings and blueprints

Proficiency with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, rulers)

Basic math skills and excellent attention to detail

Strong communication skills and dependability

Ability to use: square, tape measure, Bessey clamps, reachovers, levels, hammer

Preferred:

TIG welding experience
