Safety Advisor - Industrial Hygienist / Arbeidshygiene

Our client is an international technology driven organisation operating in a highly regulated industrial environment. The organisation is known for its strong operational standards and focus on continuous improvement. Sustainability and responsible business practices are important pillars within the organisation, which operates across multiple locations and works with global manufacturing partners. For their site in Papendrecht, we are looking for a Safety Advisor with the specialism in occupational health to strengthen the HSE team.

Functieomschrijving The site operates across three distinct business lines, each with its own risks and challenges. As a Safety Advisor Occupational Hygienist, you advise colleagues across the organization. You assess and analyse occupational health and safety risks and translate changes in legislation and regulations into practical measures. Your primary focus is on exposure to chemicals, noise and vibrations, as well as ergonomics. You are able to strike the right balance between compliance and practical solutions, and your clear communication style helps build strong business cases for safety improvements. You will be part of the HSE Team and report to the HSE Director.
