SUPERVISOR

Supervise & lead a Section within the Department to achieve organisational goals in fulfilling customer’s satisfaction level.

Assume responsibility as leaders for improvement projects.

Liaise with customer for resolving operational issues.

Provide guidance to junior staff(s)/new hires familiarisation in achieving warehouse operations target.

Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
