VICE PRINCIPAL FOR PLAYGROUP AND KINDERGARTEN

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Coordinator, Vice Principal, or in a similar leadership role within early childhood education
• Strong understanding of early childhood curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to create a positive and enriching school environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Ability to speak Mandarin is a strong plus
• Experience in a bilingual/trilingual or multicultural learning environment is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently and support school operations
• A commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for young learners

Job Description

• Support the Principal in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Playgroup (KB) and Kindergarten (TK)
• Assist in curriculum planning, teacher supervision, school-wide administrative tasks, and school events
• Foster a nurturing and supportive environment for students, teachers, and staff
• Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the school community
• Ensure adherence to school policies and educational standards
