Job Description
- Analyze business and operational requirements within the automotive manufacturing environment and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, and design system processes based on business and production needs.
- Develop, modify, and maintain applications and system programs to support manufacturing operations and business processes.
- Perform system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure system functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders throughout the system development and implementation lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, Application Developer, Software Engineer, or in a related IT role, preferably within the manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Strong experience in system analysis, requirements gathering, system design, and application development or programming.
- Familiarity with programming languages, databases, system integration, API, and software development processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work closely with business and technical teams.
