Job Description:

• Base knowledge of technical like windows & database
• Easy to learn flow process of apps / website
• Clear verbal and written skills
• Logical thinking to resolve ticket
• Adaptation in team working
• Able to work on shifting schedule

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant work experience will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively solve problems.
• Proficient in operating systems (Windows, Linux, or MacOS) and office applications.
• Basic understanding of computer network concepts and able to perform network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of basic SQL and ability to perform simple queries.
• Good communication skills and able to interact with users at all levels.
• Able to work independently or in a team, with a proactive attitude and strong initiative.
• Willing to work outside normal hours when urgent issues arise.
