HR Recruitment Specialist
📍 Mojolaban, Sukoharjo 👥 Small Team | Big Impact 🕐 Full-Time | 2+ Years Experience
Find the Right People. Build the Right Team. Make Hiring Actually Matter. We’re looking for an HR Recruitment Specialist who’s ready to take ownership of the hiring process and grow with us. In a lean, fast-paced team, you’ll be hands-on across the recruitment process—from finding the right candidates to making sure the right people actually join the team. This is not a corporate recruitment job where you simply post vacancies and wait for CVs. It’s a startup role, where recruitment systems are still evolving, hiring needs can move quickly, and your ability to think, adapt, and get things done really matters.
🧠 What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from understanding hiring needs to candidate onboarding
- Work closely with Users to understand position requirements, priorities, and candidate profiles
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job portals, social media, talent databases, referrals, and other channels
- Screen CVs and conduct HR interviews to assess candidates based on experience, competencies, motivation, and overall fit
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate interview and assessment processes between candidates and Users
- Prepare candidate profiles and shortlist qualified candidates for User review
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through joining
- Create and maintain job vacancy postings across relevant recruitment platforms
- Monitor recruitment progress and ensure every candidate has a clear status and next action
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and documentation
- Prepare recruitment reports and track key recruitment metrics such as pipeline, hiring progress, and sourcing effectiveness
- Evaluate sourcing channels and recommend ways to improve recruitment quality and speed
- Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Support recruitment-related projects such as employer branding, talent mapping, recruitment campaigns, and process improvement
You’ll Fit Right In If You:
- Have 2+ years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a similar role
- Have experience handling recruitment processes end-to-end
- Know how to source candidates beyond simply posting job vacancies
- Are confident conducting interviews and evaluating candidates objectively
- Are comfortable working closely with Users and challenging requirements when needed
- Can manage multiple vacancies and candidates without losing track of details
- Are proactive, responsive, organized, and strong at follow-ups
- Know how to work with recruitment data and trackers, especially Google Sheets
- Are familiar with recruitment platforms such as Glints, Jobstreet, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
- Thrive in a small, fast-moving team where priorities can change quickly
- Are comfortable working with Gen Z and diverse team dynamics
- Like being hands-on and solving recruitment problems—not just making reports
- Know how to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience
- Want to grow your career in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment in a performance-driven, non-corporate environment
Why Join Us?
- We’re small, but ambitious
- Your hiring decisions will directly impact the team we’re building
- You’ll have real ownership of the recruitment process, not just one part of it
- We’re still building our recruitment systems, so there’s room for your ideas and improvements
- You’ll work closely with management and users, giving you exposure to the business—not just HR
- We value people who take initiative, think critically, and get things done
- You’ll have room to grow as the company grows
