Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Accounting located in Central Cikarang. Specialist will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, utilizing accounting software, and handling finance-related tasks. The specialist will also be expected to communicate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1-5 years of relevant work experience, depending on the position level
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, budgeting, and tax regulations
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with great attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and reporting
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is often required or considered an advantage
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with team members
