Logistics Specialist - Warehouse Management (English Speaking)

• Responsible for LSP’s performances on the warehouse operations i.e. inbound, outbound, transfer, return to HQ, including inventory reports.

• Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods;
• Manage materials in the warehouse to avoid low turnover materials.

• Provide weekly/bi-weekly reports to PMs & Management team on the progression.
• Double-check the logistics expenses billing from LSP. Make sure the rate & utilized space are correct and according to the agreements.

• Internal Process control; ensure the Compliance Test (CT) on Goods Outbound, and Stocktaking are on target.
• Logistics expenses are monitored & controlled.

• Submit monthly expense report to HQ.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields. Min. 2 years of experience in warehouse & logistics management. Fundamental knowledge of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain Telecommunication knowledge is an advantage Ability to analyze data and provide related reports to support the business Result-oriented, Negotiation skills and Can-do attitude. Computer literacy (good in MS Excel) Good command of English.
