_Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Inspection Technician_ *Role and Responsibilities*
*The technician is in charge of inspecting and servicing fire alarm security system in accordance with ULC norms and company standards*
*Completion of service calls :*
- Inspect and service all components of fire alarm systems
- Trace wiring and replace if faulty
- Taking all necessary steps in order to complete the repair in a time-sensitive way
- Communicate with client on site in order to determine potential cause and source of troubles
- Filling reports according to Industry standards and Codes for testing and installation
- Filling worksheets (including timesheet and list of material used )
*Qualifications and Education Requirements*
- Perfect knowledge of ULC Norm s524. s536. s537
- Knowledge of NBC National Building Code / Security
- Knowledge of NFPA 25
- Excellent knowledge of fire alarm systems
*Preferred Skills*
- Base knowledge in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- French & English
