SMT IE Sr. Engineer

1 Conduct time studies and line balancing to optimize production processes and manpower utilization. 2 Improve production efficiency, productivity, and reduce process waste. 3 Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including process preparation and production readiness. 4 Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. 5 Design and optimize production line layouts to improve workflow and space utilization. 6 Lead continuous improvement projects and coordinate with relevant departments to achieve project targets. 7 Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Experience in Industrial Engineering, production improvement, or manufacturing will be an advantage. Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Good English communication skills SMT manufacturing experience AutoCAD skills
