English-Indonesian Medical Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive online inquiries from interested customers through various channels, deeply explore customer needs, and complete preliminary screening and customer budget matching.
• Follow up on the entire customer service process, strictly according to the company's SOP standards, and complete the full closed-loop service of preliminary screening, contracting, visa processing, overseas service coordination, and follow-up after returning home.
• Serve as the language and communication bridge between Indonesian clients and overseas partners — assist with interpreting, document coordination, and on-the-ground communication support during the client's overseas trip.
• Responsible for daily customer maintenance and regular return visits, improving customer satisfaction, incubating old customer referral reputation, and building a private domain repurchase and fission system.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency is a must — fluent in Indonesian and English (minimum IELTS 6.5), with strong written and verbal business communication skills.
• Additional proficiency in Chinese is a huge plus.
• Must have studied abroad or worked overseas for a period of time — direct international experience is required to understand cross-cultural service standards, and global communication norms.
• Bachelor's degree or above, no major restriction; experience in the medical field highly preferred.
• Professional and gentle communication, patient and meticulous, with excellent service awareness and the ability to serve high-net-worth clients.
