Collaboration : Coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients to align drafting outputs with project goals.

🛠 Technical Expertise Required CAD Software : AutoCAD, Creo, Windchill.

3D Modeling & Blueprint Reading : Essential for accurate technical documentation.

Configuration-Based Drafting : Managing template-driven processes for consistency.

Programming & Office Tools : Basic coding plus Microsoft Office proficiency for reporting and documentation.

🎯 Skills & Competencies Hard Skills : CAD proficiency, 3D modeling, drafting standards, software integration.

Soft Skills : Leadership, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail.

Experience : Typically 5–10 years in drafting/design, with supervisory experience preferred.
