As a Pharmacy Retail Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Ensure prompt opening of the store and readiness of computer systems.
• Monitor customer flow and actively work to minimize wait times.
• Prepare and manage cash float, operating the cash register efficiently.
• Promote weekly specials and engage in effective selling techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in retail areas and storage spaces.
• Uphold store security regarding stock and sensitive information at all times.
• Keep accurate records and ensure proper maintenance of pharmacy equipment.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish goods, and conduct cycle counts and stock takes.
• Perform goods receipts and handle inter-branch transfers and error reports.
• Maintain daily sales records and perform data entry in the inventory system.
• Assist in compiling and filing retail documents meticulously.

Requirements:

• At least GCE N or O level qualification.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• A self-motivated team player with a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to work a non-shift schedule for a 5.5 days work week.
