Litigation Lawyer

Responsibilities:

Supporting and contributing to the Firm's business development strategy by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and participating in networking, marketing, and client engagement initiatives. Advising clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial, regulatory, and governance matters. Advising on company incorporations, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions. Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements, including shareholder agreements, service agreements, supply agreements, financing documents, and other transaction documents. Providing legal support on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate secretarial matters. Conducting legal due diligence and preparing legal opinions, transaction documents, and advisory memoranda. Representing clients in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution proceedings. Conducting legal research and preparing pleadings, briefs, witness statements, and other court processes. Developing litigation strategies and effectively managing cases from commencement through resolution. Appearing before courts, tribunals, and regulatory bodies where required. Managing client relationships by providing timely, practical, and commercially focused legal advice. Delivering high-quality legal services while maintaining the Firm's professional standards. Contributing to thought leadership through legal articles, client alerts, seminars, and presentations. Providing leadership, supervision, and mentorship to junior lawyers, interns, and support staff where required. Collaborating effectively with colleagues across practice groups on multidisciplinary matters. Managing multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Keeping abreast of developments in corporate, commercial, and litigation practice to ensure clients receive current and strategic legal advice.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of a BSC 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
