Key Responsibilities
- Maintain profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and other accounting records
- Produce, collate, and report financial information for management purposes
- Liaise with clients to ensure payments are received on time and that agreed credit limits are not exceeded
- Ensure invoices are prepared accurately and issued in a timely manner, and that payments are processed correctly
- Monitor accounting systems to ensure financial records are maintained accurately and in line with best practice
- Provide financial information and support to external auditors, including explanations of accounting records and procedures
Skills & Requirements
- At least 1 year experience working in an accountancy practice or similar financial environment
- A third-level qualification in a relevant discipline such as Business (Accountancy, Economics, or Administration)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, particularly in client-facing interactions
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is essential
