Outsource UK has partnered with Exolum, a leading global energy and fuel storage business to recruit a Maintenance Administrator to join a busy maintenance team.

This is a great opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to provide essential support with procurement, purchase orders, document management, maintenance rotas and general administration.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communication and IT skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in procurement or a technical/operational environment would be advantageous.
