Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS) is seeking a passionate, motivated, and clinically driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in the Bronx. At LBAPS, we are committed to providing high-quality, individualized ABA services that create meaningful change for children and families. Position Overview:

As a BCBA, you will oversee the development and implementation of individualized ABA programs for children with autism and related developmental needs. You will play a key leadership role by guiding Behavior Technicians and Paraprofessionals, collaborating with families, and ensuring clinical excellence across all areas of service delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in dynamic environments, values teamwork, and is passionate about helping children reach meaningful milestones.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Design and oversee treatment programs based on assessment results and ongoing data analysis

Supervise, mentor, and support BTs/RBTs and Paraprofessionals

Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and program review

Make clinical modifications as needed to support continued progress

Provide parent training and caregiver support to promote skill generalization

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective care

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB

Experience working with children in ABA, behavioral health, or special education settings

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Excellent data collection and analytical skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
