TECHNICIAN

Job Responsibilities An air conditioning service technician installs, maintains, and repairs cooling, heating, and ventilation systems to keep them running safely and efficiently Clean filters and cooling coils, clear drain lines, and check refrigerant levels to improve air quality and save energy Test electrical circuits and mechanical parts to find root causes of system failures, then replace faulty components Mount new indoor and outdoor units, connect copper piping, and wire electrical controls according to blueprints Perform pressure and leak tests, run startup procedures, and ensure all work complies with local building and safety codes Plan, schedule, execute and supervise contractors on the daily routine and non-routine O&M works and troubleshooting, as assigned Any assignment/activity/work tasked by the management.
