As a Manufacturing Quality Engineer, you play a key role in improving quality and operational performance across our PCBA production environment. You are visible on the factory floor, support Production with quality-related challenges, and ensure deviations are addressed quickly and structurally.

Your focus goes beyond solving problems: you help prevent them. Through data analysis, preventive quality methods, and structured problem solving, you reduce internal and external defects, improve manufacturing processes, and contribute to stable production flows and strong first-time-right performance.

You work closely with colleagues across Production, Process Engineering, Supplier Quality, Customer Quality Engineering, Design Quality, and Account Engineering. Together, you strengthen process robustness, product reliability, and a culture of continuous improvement. This is what we offer you
