We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing HR strategies that support our shipping and back office operations, ensuring a positive work environment and fostering organizational growth. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives in the shipping and back office sectors. - Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent. - Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution to maintain a productive workplace. - Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies across all HR activities. - Coordinate training and professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. - Manage HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration. - Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the shipping or back office industry. - Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse teams. - Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, driving employee engagement and performance. - Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office suite. - Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
