We are looking for an energetic and responsible manger who enjoys leading people, organizing daily operations, and building a respectful and well-functioning work community.

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of your site, leading and developing service business operations, managing personnel, and maintaining customer relationships in an international and people-focused environment.

The position combines hands-on daily leadership, delivering high-quality services together with your team, developing operations, financial responsibility, implementing change, and working in accordance with our values.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading site operations, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Personnel management, recruitment, onboarding, shift planning, and supporting employee wellbeing and work ability

• Managing and developing customer relationships, promoting additional sales, and identifying new business opportunities
• Monitoring site finances, budgets, and resources, and improving profitability

• Goal-oriented development of operations, identifying risks, and ensuring a safe working environment
• Reporting key performance indicators and service performance

• Participating in cleaning work when necessary

We expect you to have:

• Relevant education and/or at least one year of experience in the property services or service industry
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, coach, and lead a team fairly and consistently

• A customer-focused and solution-oriented approach to work
• The ability to plan and develop operations cost-effectively and lead change in day-to-day operations

• Readiness to take responsibility for the performance and results of your site
• Adequate digital skills for using work tools and systems

• A positive, responsible, and goal-oriented attitude combined with a business-minded way of thinking
• Good spoken and written Finnish and/or English skills; if one language is fluent, the other may be at a basic working level

• A valid driver's license and access to a car, as the work area is extensive and the role requires travel within the region
• Previous supervisory experience or experience guiding a team (considered an advantage)

What we offer:

• A permanent employment contract, 37.5 hours per week
• Morning shifts on weekdays and weekends

• A competitive salary of approximately €2,500-€2,800 per month, depending on your experience
