Backend Developer (PHP Symfony)

Fulltime | Medior / Senior Office-based

You are responsible for the technical backbone of MrWork's platform, with a strong focus on scalable backend systems, robust data management and a stable, secure architecture.

As a Backend Developer, you ensure the stability and continuity of our PHP/Symfony environment. You design and build complex business logic, help reduce technical debt, and improve system reliability across the platform.

Key Responsibilities - Backend & API Development

Design and build complex business logic and high-performance APIs using Symfony

Database & Architecture Ownership

Manage, optimize and scale our RDS SQL architecture while ensuring stability and security across systems

Full-Cycle Delivery

Independently deliver backend features end-to-end, from technical design to deployment

Code Quality & Maintainability

Write clean, well-structured and well-tested code, and help raise the bar for the rest of the team

Required Experience / Skills

• AI Mindset

Interest in how AI can speed up and improve the way we build software
