A Lead Schedul er provides advanced scheduling support and daily guidance for the Scheduling team. This role prepares, monitors, and amends fully loaded project schedules to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within the prescribed parameters. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and training new employees on standard scheduling procedures while fostering a culture of continuous growth and improvement.

What it takes

Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, 5-8 years of related experience, or equivalent combination years of related experience, or equivalent combination

A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record

Proficient with Scheduling software programs ( Primavera , P6 , Microsoft Project ) and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to travel up to 25%
