Description The Conveyancing Solicitor will be: Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. Advising clients on property sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of title, and related matters. Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the transaction process. Liaising with lenders, estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progression of matters. Supporting the continued growth and success of the conveyancing department.
Profile The Conveyancing Solicitor should be: A solicitor or equivalent with ideally 2 to 5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing. Experienced in managing a conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision. Confident handling property transactions from inception through to completion. Client-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Organised, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities effectively. Keen to contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
