ABOUT THE ROLE

At Mercor, we are seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant to support our senior Enterprise leaders. This role requires a seasoned professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment and excels at managing complex tasks with discretion, speed, and attention to detail.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Executive Calendar & Scheduling

  • Own complex, high-stakes calendaring for senior Enterprise leaders across time zones and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with counterpart EAs at client organizations to confirm meetings quickly and professionally.
  • Proactively identify conflicts, protect focus time, and adjust priorities as plans shift.

Travel & Logistics Management

  • Plan and book domestic and international travel, itineraries, and last-mile logistics.
  • Handle expense coordination and post-travel cleanup to ensure team efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly when flights, hotels, or schedules change.

Client & Team Event Coordination

  • Support client dinners, offsites, and team-building events from planning through execution.
  • Manage invitations, communications, and strict timelines with keen attention to detail.
  • Maintain a high-polish external presence when interacting with clients and partners.

Executive Communication & Special Projects

  • Draft and manage executive correspondence and follow-ups with high judgment and confidentiality.
  • Partner on special projects requiring organization, rapid learning, and precise execution.

Office Presence & Coverage

  • Be present in our San Francisco office to provide on-the-ground support for leadership needs.
  • Step in to cover for other assistants or operations team members when bandwidth is tight.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite, Partner, or MD-level leaders in consulting, banking, VC/PE, or top-tier tech.
  • Demonstrated excellence managing complex calendaring and multi-party scheduling across time zones.
  • High polish with strong external communication; comfortable working with senior stakeholders and client executive assistants.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Calm, low-ego, service-oriented.
  • Comfortable with long hours.
  • Track record of longevity in prior roles and strong references from executives.
  • Based in San Francisco and prepared to be in-office Monday through Friday.
