McT Construction is seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their workmanship, values professionalism, and is committed to delivering high-quality construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential construction projects
• Perform framing and structural carpentry
• Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
• Install doors, windows, siding, trim and other finish materials
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet project schedules
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Mentor and assist labourers and apprentices in developing their skills

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and building practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
• Experience with framing, renovations, and finish carpentry
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
