Patient Service Associate - 3 Month Contract | Near Novena MRT

Job Summary/Benefits: Temporary Contract, 3-month (extension subject to vacancy and business needs) Salary: $11/hour Location: Novena Job Responsibilities: Attend to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications Perform proper patient check-in accurately and discharge them timely based on orders Assist with appointment call reminders Assist with scheduling of appointments Manage patient's bill – Medisave / PMI verification Ensure that all patients' documents are scanned in and filed away securely Ensure general housekeeping cleanliness of counters and workstations are maintained Ensure safe handling of patients' privacy and data confidentiality Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: 1 Year related experience as a patient service associate Vaccination requirements: Tdap (10-year validity), Varicella/Chicken pox (2 doses), MMR (2 doses)
