English Supervisor For Primary Stage ( National Section)

- Supervise and monitor the performance of English teachers.
- Develop, review, and monitor English curriculum plans and schemes of work.
- Ensure effective implementation of the school’s curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Support teachers in lesson planning, assessment, classroom management, and professional development.
- Monitor students’ academic progress and achievement in English.
- Analyze assessment results and develop action plans for improvement.
- Coordinate English department meetings and follow up on agreed action points.
- Ensure appropriate teaching resources and materials are available and effectively used.
- Maintain high academic and professional standards across the English Department.
- Collaborate with school leadership and other departments to support the overall educational objectives.
- Participate in staff training, school events, meetings, and other academic activities when required
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an English Supervisor / Head of English Department is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of English curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to mentor, support, and motivate teachers.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Previous experience in an international or private school is an advantage.
