Internal Recruiter - HGV / 7.5 Tonne Drivers

Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for an internal recruiter (driving) on a temporary ongoing basis with an immediate start working for our client - one of the largest parcel delivery companies in the world. Joining their busy internal recruitment team with a sole focus on delivering high-volume UK wide recruitment for 7.5 tonne / HGV drivers You must have previous experience leading recruitment campaigns and controlling the end-to-end recruitment process for 7.5 tonne / HGV Drivers to be successful in your application as this will be an extremely demanding role, and you will be required to hit the ground running immediately to make a positive impact. This is not a role for the faint-hearted or inexperienced and would not be a ‘relaxed move’ for an agency recruiter looking to switch to internal recruitment - you will be in an extremely demanding fast paced environment and must deliver! Skills / Experience Required:- Minimum of 1–2 years high-volume driving recruitment experience, with a full understanding of candidate attraction and transport-related compliance Exceptional attention to detail and organisation, with the ability to control and deliver high-volume recruitment demand (ideally UK wide, but this is not essential) Ability to manage both sides and control the process, - communicating well with internal colleagues and depot managers, as well as the pool of drivers Pay Rate / Hours / Location:- Up to £17 per hour Full Time Monday to Friday Hybrid, office location Smethwick Temporary ongoing contract Please click to apply
