Job description Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting Project supervisor, coordinator, manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality

• Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and supervisor

·Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery on site

• Support the Project manager and supervisor as needed
• Ensure smooth job operations

• Able to rectify and supervise works done on site
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Having relevant working experience in construction industry / construction site work is beneficial
• Able to read and write in simple English is a plus

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment

• Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

·Organizational and Troubleshooting Skills

• Can work well in a team
• Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others

• Can multitask, must help to do general work if required
• Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure

• Ability to keep track of multiple projects
• Possess good work attitude

Able to work on Weekend & Flexible Shift Hours Including Night Shift
