19 years in enterprise data architecture with a career built around consolidating fragmented legacy systems into unified governed data platforms that serve as an organizations trusted single source of truth Has led enterprise transformation initiatives spanning currentstate assessment targetstate architecture design master data management metadata governance and integration strategy most notably at Truist where two merging banks data models were harmonized into one enterprise canonical model and at Bank of America where canonical structures were established to standardize how trades counterparty exposures treasury deposits and reference data are represented and consumed enterprisewide across Risk Finance Operations and Regulatory Reporting

Currently developing a semantic knowledge layer on top of the enterprise data warehouse defining businessaligned metrics curated entity definitions ontologystyle relationships and standardized metadata that give enterprise data assets consistent business context and meaning and position them to support advanced AIdriven search retrieval and reasoning use cases in addition to traditional analytics and reporting This work involves resolving competing definitions across teams establishing versioning discipline and ensuring the semantic layer remains the authoritative source of business meaning across the enterprise

Controlsminded data modeler with direct experience supporting regulatory use cases that demand consistent semantics Basel III riskweighted asset calculations CCAR stress testing FDIC resolution data submissions and counterparty credit exposure aggregation at Bank of America and Citi Bank Understands that models built for regulated environments must be auditable lineagetraceable and defensible under examination not just technically correct

Worked in this Global Wholesale Banking Technology Global Strategy Architecture role with Architecture design and analysis for the ongoing core ADS initiative TrADS to source certify authorize and provision the Treasury Deposit data from several SORs to various Enterprise level down streams with all Data quality and performanceoriented data delivery guidelines from EDM

Design and maintain enterpriselevel data models for merchant acquiring settlement transaction processing and chargeback systems

Develop logical physical and canonical data models aligning with ISO 20022 PCIDSS and organizational standards

Define and manage data integration patterns between core banking merchant platforms and thirdparty payment gateways

Map legacy data models eg MT 101 proprietary feeds to modern formats such as pain001 camt053 etc

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits

Compensation range: $155,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
