Your tasks

A. GTM Strategy & Positioning

  • Identify target segments among 2.4 million global GenAI content creators, KOLs, and GenAI learners.
  • Develop brand narratives and automated content generation pipelines using agent fleet-calibrated authoring tools.
  • Run large-scale parallel A/B testing campaigns and analyze data through continuous AI-agent compounding loops to generate insights, measure conversion rates, and validate strategic assumptions.
  • Design KOL recruitment and learner monetization funnels, including freemium, subscription, B2B seats, and creator revenue-sharing models.
  • Define monetization sequencing and determine when to activate each revenue stream.
  • Build and scale a two-sided network by seeding supply before demand, solving cold-start challenges, and maintaining balanced growth between creators and learners.
  • Translate GTM strategy into quarterly OKRs, weekly operating rhythms, and budgets.
  • Continuously optimize resource allocation based on performance data.

B. Content, Brand & Demand Generation

  • Build and operate founder-led and KOL-led content engines, including flagship content, long-form articles, short-form videos, social media posts, newsletters, and partner collaborations.
  • Establish a proof-based brand through authentic case studies, measurable user outcomes, and verifiable social proof.
  • Plan and supervise performance marketing funnels using automated tools and AI-agent teams.
  • Manage paid social campaigns, landing pages, and lifecycle communications across Email and Zalo.
  • Maintain positive unit economics and establish clear performance criteria for scaling, optimizing, or discontinuing marketing campaigns.
  • Lead B2B go-to-market initiatives, including design-partner pilots with SMEs, case study development, and repeatable lead-generation pipelines.
  • Build an effective process for handing qualified B2B opportunities over to sales teams.

C. Build Software Products with 100% AI-Native Engineering (Strong Plus)

  • Independently or with AI Architect support, build and continuously improve end-to-end GTM tools, including:
  • KOL/Creator CRM and deal desk
  • Marketing funnel and attribution dashboards
  • Customer lifecycle automation
  • Social listening pipelines
  • Content repackaging and distribution workflows
  • Learn on the job to deliver 2–4 complete projects per month, rather than isolated features.
  • Lead lean "1.5-person Squads" capable of delivering in 1–2 weeks what traditionally required 4–6 people over 2–3 months.
  • Apply Multi-Agent orchestration patterns, Compounding Loops, and AI-Native Infrastructure.
  • Analyze complex problems using the Pyramid Principle ("Vẽ Voi") to structure strategic thinking and execution.

Requirements

A. GTM Leadership Skills

  • Hands-on expertise in creator/KOL marketing, community-led growth, content marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Ability to independently execute marketing channels before building or expanding a team.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in marketing funnels, cohort analysis, attribution, and unit economics, including CAC, LTV, and payback period.

  • Experience with B2B SaaS products targeting SMEs is highly desirable.
  • Experience in both the Vietnamese market and global/English-speaking markets.
