Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Social Workers and Senior Social Workers to join our client’s Frontline Family Help Team, based in South London.

About the role:

The Family Help model focuses on supporting children and families through consistent relationships and skilled, evidence-based interventions rooted in systemic practice. You will work collaboratively with families to co-produce child and family assessments and develop family-led plans under Child in Need, Child Protection, and care proceedings frameworks.

Social workers practise alongside co-located Children’s Practitioners, Adult Mental Health Practitioners, Substance Misuse Practitioners, and Domestic Abuse Practitioners. The service also benefits from in-house Family Therapy and Social Care CAMHS teams, as well as excellent progression opportunities into management or practice specialist social work roles.

Essential requirements for this role:

Degree in Social Work

Registered with Social Work England

Completion of the ASYE

Current and valid Social Work England registration
