Liquid Personnel is seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join the Review Team for it client's at the London Borough of Islington, where your expertise will directly enhance the lives of adults in the community. What will your responsibilities be?

To be successful in this role, you will

Pilot the integration of specialist Occupational Therapy skills within the Review Team

Deliver high-quality, person-centred OT assessments and reviews

Support the development of innovative approaches to care planning and service delivery

Work collaboratively with social care colleagues to improve outcomes for service users

Contribute to project work and service evaluation

Qualifications & Experience:

HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist

Experience in adult social care settings

Strong assessment, planning, and review skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and organisational skills
