TRAILER DRIVER
Your tasks
Responsible for the safe and timely transportation of containers, cargo, and other assigned loads using a prime mover truck. Ensures proper vehicle inspection, compliance with traffic laws and company safety procedures, accurate delivery documentation, and proper handling of equipment to support efficient logistics and port operations.
Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
- At least a high school graduate, senior high school graduate, vocational graduate, or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License with DL Code CE (articulated vehicle) appropriate for operating a prime mover with a trailer.
- With at least 2–3 years of experience driving prime movers, tractor heads, or articulated trucks.
- Knowledgeable in defensive driving, road safety, cargo security, and vehicle inspection procedures.
- Experience in hauling containers or other heavy cargo is an advantage.
- Physically fit, responsible, disciplined, and capable of working under pressure.
- Familiar with traffic regulations, route planning, and proper handling of trip documents.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
- No history of serious traffic violations or preventable road accidents, subject to appropriate verification.
