Chicken Production Manager

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Food Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.

Additional qualifications in Operations Management or Food Processing will be an added advantage.

Minimum three (3) years' experience in poultry processing or meat production.

Minimum two(2) years managing a commercial poultry abattoir.

Proven experience leading production teams.

Strong understanding of poultry processing systems.

Experience implementing HACCP and food safety systems.
