Assistant Manager, Research & Advisory Services

Develop and maintain comprehensive databases for assigned sectors, including leasing transactions, investment transactions, occupier profiles, supply pipeline tracking, and project performance monitoring. Assist in preparing client presentations and publications on specific industry topics to support business growth and thought leadership.

Engage in client-facing activities, including meetings and presentations, to deliver research insights and advisory recommendations. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in database management and familiarity with property or industry research tools.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
