Accountabilities: Execute fiduciary governance routines, oversight processes, and administrative controls across wealth and asset management functions.

Coordinate fiduciary-related audits, reviews, regulatory activities, and issue remediation tracking to ensure timely resolution.

Develop and maintain governance reporting, dashboards, analytics, and performance metrics to support effective oversight and decision-making.

Lead administrative activities supporting fiduciary product governance and oversight processes.

Identify opportunities to improve governance frameworks, operational workflows, and administrative procedures.

Manage complex initiatives and projects that support risk management objectives and business priorities.

Partner cross-functionally with business teams, risk functions, and operational stakeholders to strengthen governance practices.

Translate fiduciary requirements and expectations into effective controls, reporting structures, and operational processes.

Support a culture of accountability by promoting strong risk awareness, compliance with policies, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required.

8–10+ years of experience in investments, operations, governance, fiduciary functions, risk management, or related financial services disciplines.

Strong operational leadership skills with experience managing complex execution activities and administrative processes.

Demonstrated ability to translate fiduciary and regulatory expectations into effective controls, reporting, and oversight practices.

Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.

Experience collaborating effectively across business, operational, and risk teams.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to support governance decisions.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Adaptability and ability to respond effectively to changing regulatory requirements and business priorities.

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build effective working relationships.
