Project Manager - Modern Platforms

Accountabilities: Manage the end-to-end delivery of cloud, infrastructure, and DevOps projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and schedule.

Coordinate project activities across customers, internal delivery teams, partners, sales, and technical stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, documentation, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies while providing regular status updates.

Facilitate project meetings, Agile ceremonies, and working sessions to promote collaboration, transparency, and timely decision-making.

Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives.

Support enterprise cloud initiatives including automation, cloud migrations, infrastructure deployments, assessments, workshops, and DevOps engagements.

Track project performance, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to delivering a customer-focused experience across every engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience.

3–5 years of experience in IT project management, project coordination, or a related technical delivery role.

Experience managing cloud or infrastructure projects involving AWS, Azure, DevOps, or similar technologies.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.

Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Trello, or similar platforms.

Strong organizational, time management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

Customer-focused mindset with excellent collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent are considered an asset.
