Accountabilities: As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, evolving, and maintaining BI solutions that enable teams to make informed decisions through trusted and accessible data.

Build dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions aligned with business needs, applying strong Data Storytelling principles and data visualization best practices.

Partner with internal teams to develop Business Intelligence solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Optimize complex SQL queries to ensure high performance and reliability of analytical reports, leveraging AI tools during validation processes when applicable.

Lead the migration and retirement of legacy data visualization tools, consolidating analytics solutions into the official data platform.

Establish and promote standards, governance processes, auditing practices, and certification methods for official reports and dashboards.

Support embedded analytics initiatives, ensuring integrated data views within digital products and platforms deliver a high-quality experience.

Perform advanced data analysis by combining multiple sources to generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Architecture teams to improve data models, architecture, and governance practices.

Conduct discovery sessions with business areas to understand requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and document business rules.

Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective execution of BI initiatives.

Requirements:

We are looking for a senior BI professional with strong analytical capabilities, technical expertise, and the ability to connect business needs with data solutions.

Solid and proven experience in Data Analysis and Business Intelligence at a senior level.

Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization, performance tuning, and manipulation of large volumes of data.

Experience with data visualization and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Explo, Omni, Metabase, or Databricks.

Hands-on experience with Embedded Analytics architectures and integrated reporting solutions.

Practical experience with Databricks and modern data platforms.

Strong knowledge of Data Storytelling, dashboard design, and transforming complex datasets into intuitive visualizations.

Ability to document technical and functional processes with strong organization and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.

Proactive mindset, curiosity, autonomy, and strong ownership of deliverables.

Experience with data ingestion, transformation, and ETL processes is a plus.

Degree or background in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields.
