Senior Management Consultant

About This Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Management Consultant with 10–15 years of experience, including significant experience with a reputable global or leading indigenous consulting firm. This is a commercial and leadership role for a seasoned consultant who can win work, lead complex engagements, grow client relationships, and develop high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities

Drive business development and convert consulting opportunities Lead proposals, pitches and C-suite client engagements Lead consulting projects from strategy through implementation Advise on strategy, transformation, organisational effectiveness, operating models, change and performance improvement Manage engagement quality, timelines, budgets and client satisfaction Lead, coach and mentor consulting teams

What We're Looking For

10–15 years' professional experience with strong management consulting exposure Proven track record of winning and delivering consulting engagements Strong business development and revenue-generation experience Excellent commercial judgement, problem-solving and analytical skills Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to build trusted C-suite relationships Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; MBA/Master's or professional certifications are an advantage
