CAD Support Drafter (1-year Contract)

About the role We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support facilities space verification, technical drawing coordination, and space data management activities. This role involves conducting site assessments, maintaining accurate floor plan records, validating equipment locations, and supporting facility-related data updates for workplace and space planning initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Conduct on-site validation of room layouts, equipment locations, and space utilization, ensuring information is accurately reflected against existing records and floor plans. Review, update, and coordinate amendments to CAD drawings, floor plans, and related facilities documentation based on site findings. Collect, verify, and consolidate space and occupancy data from various stakeholders to support facilities planning and system updates. Maintain accurate records of drawings, site observations, space validation reports, and project trackers in accordance with established procedures. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve discrepancies, follow up on outstanding information, and support ongoing facilities-related projects.

Requirements Diploma or Facilities Management, Architecture, or a related discipline. Experience in AutoCAD drafting, technical drawing review, facilities documentation, or space planning support. Ability to interpret floor plans, perform site verification activities, and maintain accurate technical and facilities records. Proficient in AutoCAD & Microsoft Office applications with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and stakeholder management abilities.
