As part of our team , you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability, and scalability of our digital products through modern test automation. We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer who thrives in an agile environment and is passionate about automation, quality, and continuous improvement . Office Location: 25 Dworcowa St., Gliwice (Hybrid: 3 days on-site / 2 days remote)

Daily tasks

  • Design and maintain automated test cases (Playwright, web applications, business processes)
  • Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)
  • Testing integrations between systems (API, UI, backend)
  • Log analysis and debugging errors
  • Collaboration with other squad members on process development and maintenance
  • Create and maintain test strategies, plans, and reports
  • Improve and scale our test automation frameworks
  • Support end-to-end and UI regression testing
  • Ensure high test coverage for key user journeys
  • Continuously enhance testing processes and best practices

Requirements

Gliwice (hybrid model – availability to work from the office approx. 50% of the time is required) Hands-on experience in test automation (preferably Playwright, API) Strong knowledge of Java + testing frameworks (JUnit / TestNG) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab Familiarity with Git and test management tools (Jira, Xray, etc.) Experience in REST API testing (RestAssured, Postman, etc.) Database skills Usage of AI assisted test development Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices Strong analytical mindset and attention to quality Fluent English (German is a plus) Nice to have:

Experience working with RPA solutions ( Blue Prism or Camunda) Familiarity with ERP-class systems, e.g., SAP Basic knowledge of Python Good knowledge of integration and end-to-end testing Process-oriented mindset and the ability to view the system as a whole (not just the UI layer)
